About
Indacle Software, Inc.:Indacle Software, inc. was established
in Ohio in May 1996 with a purpose to develop human resources
skilled in information technology tools such as database,
application and web design, development & administration.
Indacle maintained four training centers at Dayton, Cincinnati
and Columbus in Ohio and at Pittsburgh. Indacle offered
several training programs in Oracle, Microsoft, Sun and
SAP tools. Indacle has formed an alliance with Oracle, Inc.
since 1996. Starting in 1998, Indacle started offering contract,
software development and consulting services which remain
the focus of this company to date. Indacle maintains development
centers in Louisville, KY and Visakhapatnam, India. Indacle
maintains highly qualified and dedicated software professional
skilled in diverse set of skills on its staff and offers
quality contract services to several clients around the
country.
Mahendra K. Sunkara,, Ph.D:
President of Indacle Software, Inc and Associate Professor
of Chemical Engineering at University of Louisville. He
holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Case Western
Reserve University. After his Ph.D., he joined a R&D startup
company, Faraday Technology, Inc. Dayton, Ohio. During his
3 years at Faraday Tech, he was technical leader/principal
investigator for research grants totaling over $2.5MM (4
Phase I and 2 Phase II grants). In 1996, he joined University
of Louisville as an Assistant Professor in 1996 and founded
Indacle Software, Inc. He has written over 30 technical
articles in journals, two U.S. patents and has several additional
patents pending. In 2002, He established another sister
organization, Synthetic Materials and Devices Corporation,
to commercialize the technologies developed by his research

Rajendra
P. Kolli, M. Tech: Vice president of Indacle Software,
inc. He joined Indacle Software inc in 1997. Since then
he involved in training, software development and business
development of Indacle Software Inc. He worked with various
manufacturing and software development industries to provide
database and Application solutions. He has vast experience
in design, development and administration of database related
applications. In addition to software expertise, he has
several years of wireless communication systems. Contact

Mr. James H. Crivits:
Jim
has over 30 years of senior management experience with several
franchise based restaurant industry. He is currently a senior
vice president of Ceridian.
Mr. Raymond M. Schreck:
Mark retired as a vice-president of general electric appliances
in Louisville. Currently, he is the director of materials
center at University of Louisville.
Rama Gudhe, Ph.D.: Rama holds a Ph.D. from University
of Pittsburgh. He has over 15 years of database administration
and technology advisory experience.
Bhasker Vallabhaneni, M.S:
Bhasker holds a M.S. in computer science from Wright State
University. He has over 10 years of software consulting
experience. He is the founding CEO of WebYoga, Inc. in Dayton,
Ohio.
Murali Ghanta, Ph.D:
Murali holds a Ph.D. in computer engineering from Southeastern
Louisiana University. He is CEO of Horizon International,
Inc. in Boston, MA.
